The water tastes great, and I trust the integrity of the product. The only challenge we had was cutting a bigger hole in the stainless steel bench top for the larger spout fitting (we were replacing an old under bench filter). I had expected an easy change over. Tin snips worked, but a stainless steel drill bit would have been easier. I guess that’s why some people use the replacement dual purpose tap instead of a separate filter spout. I am very happy with the under bench Alkaway filtration, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.
