Our ordinary order processing time takes 48 hours (excluding weekends). What happens if the item I ordered is not available immediately?

If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you that the goods are not in stock and when to expect delivery.

Standard domestic shipping is our main form of cost-effective delivery within the continent of the United States. Any other freight requests need to be made by going to Contact Us.

Depending on the size of the item we use FedEx and DHL or UPS in order to reach you in a timely manner. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. 

We ship most orders from our warehouse in California, USA.

Important: Online orders do not include shipping insurance. If an uninsured order is damaged in transit, not delivered or delivered according to tracking details, AlkaWay maintains the right not to compensate the customer for that order nor shipping cost.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In most cases, yes. If your order weighs less than 20kg we should be able to send your order to a P.O. Box. This shipping method does not include tracking and we are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.
